Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts

We are honoured that Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts will be producing the food available in our VIP and corporate areas at High Voltage 2011.

This fabulous food will be on sale to all VIP ticket holders, VIP guests, Living Legend package holders and Rock Star package holders.

The Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feast website describes what you can expect in the following way…

“Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts is a partnership between Jamie and fresh food expert Nigel Harris, based on a shared passion for delivering an exciting new concept to the event catering industry.

Together, Jamie and Nigel have created a unique offering that concentrates on sourcing the best food from great producers. Here at Fabulous Feasts, we strive to use British growers and farmers wherever possible, but if taking a swim off our shores means getting the best ingredients, then that’s what we’ll do. We then add Jamie’s creative twist and flair to dishes and deliver them through an established, experienced team to three main sectors in the event catering industry. Whether you’re running a hospitality offering, public catering or a fixed offer from a venue, Fabulous Feasts will have vibrant menus, which never compromise on quality, to suit your needs. Above all, we’re about taking the best raw ingredients and working with Jamie and our team of chefs to write the best, tastiest menus for every plate or bowl of food we create and serve.

“When I was earning my pocket money as a kid at my Dad’s pub, I always loved working on special events like weddings and parties, and this is really what inspired Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts. It’s an opportunity for me to be involved in the sort of catering I’m passionate about, bringing people together and making an occasion truly memorable. Our focus is on making sure that everything is spot on. We’ve got incredible food, flexible menus to cover all occasions, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We’re all about the food! It’s at the heart of what we do and, from the chefs in the kitchen to the serving staff, everyone on the team has a passion for food and for serving it with an element of fun and theatre. “Best of British” and Mediterranean-inspired food with soul are definitely our signature styles.

Provenance is hugely important to us. The food we serve is sourced locally and internationally from farmers and producers we’ve forged long-term relationships with. We know and regularly meet with these farmers and producers, whether for livestock or other fresh foods, meaning we can ensure the very highest welfare and standards in everything we create. For example, our incredible mozzarella is made by a Neapolitan family business Jamie discovered years ago, our sourdough bread is baked in our very own bakery and we regularly buy in a range of seasonal, locally grown fresh produce from passionate growers.”
