UPGRADES

All regular ticket holders can now upgrade their tickets to VIP or VIP Packages. The VIP packages will include hotel and transport packages and bespoke merchandise.

► THE SMALL PRINT

Customers are advised that access to this event is via a special bar-coded wristband and therefore each order will incur a processing fee of £5.20 for a standard post out option of the wristband(s). Customers may also choose to pay £7.20 for a secure mail delivery option. Wristband(s) will be dispatched up to 14 days before the Festival.
We can now confirm all wristbands will be sent out by the 12th of July.

Tickets will NOT be dispatched outside the UK – customers living outside the UK will have to collect their tickets/wristbands on the day of the event at the box office, presenting the booking reference number and credit card they purchased the tickets with.

The on site box office opens at 10 am for pre paid collections only. At 11am the box office will be open for all collections, guest list and cash sales. Tickets will be available on the door subject to capacity. The box office is situated next to the main entrance.

VIP upgrades are to be collected from the box office. Please bring with you your current wristbands, booking reference number, a form of ID and the Credit Card used to make the booking.

All VIP’s who purchased their tickets before the 19.07.10 will be able to collect their Goody bags, T shirts, Programme and laminate passes from the VIP reception tent.
