General Information

Age Restrictions

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Only four under 16’s allowed per one adult.

Children under 5 are allowed in free to the Festival. We reserve the right to refuse admission if our staff or agents are in doubt whatsoever as to the age of the person presented being under 5.

A maximum of two under 5’s per adult will be allowed entry.

Search Policy

A personal search and bag search will be in place at the entrance. We retain the right to carry out a search as a condition of entry. Prohibited items include: glass products or containers, lasers or laser products, fireworks, weapons or potential weapons, alcohol, animals (other than registered guide animals), controlled substances.

Emergency Services

We will have on-site medics and first-aid points accessible to the public, as well as welfare and information points.

Valuables

A limited number of lockers will be available on-site. Please check back nearer the date for details and pre-booking.

Drinks

High Voltage is a licenced event. No alcohol is allowed to be brought on site. There will be a wide range of soft drinks and alcohol available on site.

Water

Fresh, free drinking water will be available throughout the site.

Toilets

Yes – we’re having them!! There will be plenty of clean portaloos available throughout the site. If trailer toilets are more your thing then upgrade to VIP!
